Business Development InternCompany: Eagle Healthcare

Location: Hybrid — Rewari / Bawal (with field and remote work)

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month

About the RoleEagle Healthcare is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to help us build corporate healthcare partnerships across the NCR industrial belt.

The role will focus on identifying companies and manufacturing plants, connecting with key decision-makers, initiating conversations, and helping set up meetings for Eagle Healthcare’s corporate health and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research corporate offices, manufacturing plants, factories, and industrial organizations across Bawal, Neemrana, Rewari, Manesar, Jhajjar, Ghiloth, Farrukhnagar, and nearby areas.
- Identify the relevant HR, Admin, EHS, Occupational Health, Plant Head, and senior management decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, referrals, email, phone, and other professional channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Initiate conversations and understand the healthcare requirements of organizations.
- Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers for the Eagle Healthcare leadership team.
- Support business development for corporate health checkups, employee health camps, occupational health centres, preventive healthcare programs, and other corporate healthcare solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update prospect information in the company’s tracking system.




- Assist in developing long-term corporate relationships and converting prospects into clients.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn prospecting and professional outreach.
- Proactive, persistent, and comfortable initiating conversations with senior professionals.
- Good research and lead-generation skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, or entrepreneurship.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.

Work StructureHybrid role: Work from home combined with office/field work from our Rewari–Bawal location, along with visits or meetings with corporate and manufacturing clients when required. Compensation & Career Opportunity

- ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month stipend, based on capability and performance.
- 6-month internship commitment.
- High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer from Eagle Healthcare upon successful completion of the internship.
- Expected full time CTC: ₹2–4 LPA, depending on performance and role fit.
