Role Description

As a Business Development Intern at Echo Money, you will support the growth of the company’s customer and partner base in a full time remote role. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research on target segments, and gathering competitive intelligence. You will help prepare outreach materials, participate in customer communication under guidance, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to support sales initiatives, tracking performance metrics,



and contributing to process improvements in business development activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and market insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline support.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support positive client interactions and relationship building.
- Interest in fintech, payments, or financial services and willingness to learn about cross-border payments and digital infrastructure.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) and strong organizational skills.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
