Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Nagole, Hyderabad. The individual in this position will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, reaching out through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting solutions, and managing follow-ups to close deals.

The role also involves maintaining and growing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and preparing regular reports on business development activities.

Executive will work closely with leadership to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business fundamentals and market dynamics in relevant industries.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on nurturing relationships and driving client retention and growth.
- Proven track record in sales or business development roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software.
- Having experience in interior design is a big plus.
