→ Stay on top of every active deal across our leasing pipeline
→ Keep brand-to-space conversations moving — proactively, every single day
→ Coordinate with our survey and leasing teams to ensure quality at every stage
→ Report pipeline progress directly to the COO — numbers, not narrative
→ Spot what is stalling and solve it before being asked

✦ 2–4 years in business development, operations, inside sales or coordination

✦ Tech-comfortable, detail-sharp, WhatsApp-professional
