Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective learners and institutional partners, and drive enrollment growth for online programs.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting suitable course options, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, provide feedback from the market, and support marketing initiatives.

The Business Development

Executive will consistently track performance metrics, meet sales targets, and ensure a high standard of communication and service to prospective and enrolled students.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation,



with the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline.
- should have knowledge of university sales.
- should have done counselling of UG/PG programs.
- Strong Business and Account Management skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and retention of key accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex educational offerings clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in education consulting, edtech, or sales roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Strong customer-focus, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in the higher education and online learning landscape.

compensation- 25k + Incentives.
