Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, open to freshers. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, supporting new business development initiatives, and contributing to lead generation activities through calls, emails, and online research.

The Business Development

Executive will assist in managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and coordinating with internal teams to support event sales and client engagement. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, participating in sales meetings, and providing timely follow-up to prospects and existing clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Business understanding and Account Management.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and collaborate within a team.
- Comfort with phone and email outreach, and basic proficiency in MS Office and online research.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Interest in the events, conferences, or B2B services industry will be an advantage.
