Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation through cold calling, referrals, databases, and online research.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across target industries.
- Engage and qualify leads by understanding client needs and business challenges.
- Fix and confirm meetings for senior consultants and leadership team.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp as required.
- Maintain and update CRM, sales trackers,



and EOD reports on a daily basis.
- Coordinate internally with consulting and proposal teams for smooth handover.
- Share accurate client briefs and background information post meeting confirmation.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly meeting targets.
- Track lead-to-meeting conversions and contribute to overall sales pipeline growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years to 5 Years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Tamil preferred).
- Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of B2B services is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
