Business Development & Operations Intern | Paid Internship

Location: Mangalore (Work From Home)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Operations Intern to join our growing group of companies operating in Digital Marketing, Talent & Staffing, and Trading Solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

This position is open to candidates currently residing in Mangalore or nearby areas.

Applications from candidates outside Mangalore will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant company services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead pipelines.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.
- Client Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the management team.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Support clients throughout the sales process.




- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Operations Support
- Coordinate with teams across our sister companies.
- Support project execution and internal communication.
- Assist management with day-to-day operational activities.
- Perform additional business support responsibilities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, or a related field.
- Robust interest in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confidence in client interactions over phone and virtual meetings.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
