Role Description The Business Data Analyst role at Lumenore is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal. In this role, the analyst will gather, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The analyst will create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making across departments, translating complex findings into clear, actionable business insights.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, building and maintaining data models, validating data accuracy, and supporting the development of data-driven strategies and process improvements. The role also involves documenting methodologies, presenting recommendations,



and working closely with technical and business teams to ensure analytics solutions are aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful business insights.
- Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills to work with large data sets, perform exploratory analysis, and generate data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess foundational Statistics skills to apply statistical methods, validate findings, and support predictive and trend analyses.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, build, and maintain structured data models that support reporting and analytics.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to present insights, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and prepare concise reports.
- Proficiency with BI and analytics tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and SQL or other query languages is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in business analysis, reporting, or a similar data-focused role, along with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, is an advantage.
