About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Consultant who can work closely with business owners and leadership teams to identify challenges, build practical solutions, and drive measurable business improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, consulting experience, and the ability to confidently engage with entrepreneurs and senior leaders.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Consulting & Advisory

- Conduct business assessments to identify operational, people, process, and performance gaps.
- Lead discovery meetings with business owners and leadership teams.
- Analyze organizational structures, workflows, KPIs, and management practices.
- Develop practical recommendations, action plans, and business improvement roadmaps.
- Support clients in implementing systems, processes, KRAs, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
- Facilitate strategic planning and business review sessions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to track implementation and results.
- Prepare consulting reports and recommendations.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and leadership teams.
- Address client concerns and provide timely guidance.
- Identify opportunities for additional consulting services within existing accounts.

Training & Facilitation

- Conduct workshops, training programs,



leadership sessions, and strategy meetings.
- Facilitate business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Support clients in developing leadership, communication, and execution capabilities.
- Share relevant frameworks, tools, best practices, and industry insights.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, HR, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA, PGDM, or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, HR, organizational development, strategy, training, or leadership roles
- Proven experience in driving business improvement initiatives and managing client relationships
- Experience working with SMEs, business owners, or leadership teams is highly preferred
