Job Purpose

As a core member of a layered, multi-disciplinary team, this role is responsible for client business and system change events.

The Business

Consultant will proactively support the client’s product proposition and operating models throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Whilst we expect all our employees to do what needs to be done to demonstrate their support of Bravura Solutions, below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:

- Liaise with the client to understand their business requirements.
- Understand and evaluate the requirements by interpreting client request / business requirements documentation/ client working practice / business operating models.
- Configure client service applications in line with client business requirements by the creation and execution of SQL scripts to set configuration tables within the application database.




- Provide application and configuration support to clients and internal Bravura teams during system change projects.
- Support user acceptance, model office, dry run testing and project implementation.
- Identify, investigate and diagnose upgrade and client change related issues and liaise with Bravura development and support staff as necessary.
- Where required manage small change projects in line with the Bravura project methodology and current commercial rules ensuring Team Manager is aware of any slippage/budget constraints etc.
- Provide high level or detailed estimates for clients as required
- Record accurate project timings on EPM
- Flexibility to work weekends

Qualification & Experience

- Familiarity with MS Office packages
- A working knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, including ISAs, OEICs, SICAVs, Money market funds, the Regulatory environment,



key business processes (commissions, distributions, interest payments, etc)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of database SQL query language
- Awareness of client/server technologies and distributed architectures
- Experience of systems that are used to support the Financial Services Industry such as Rufus, GFAS, FAST
