About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the integration between Xakia and CounselLink, optimise CounselLink workflows, and implement a structured Jira-based ticketing system for legal operations and stakeholders.

This role will work closely with legal ops, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable workflows and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end Xakia ↔ CounselLink integration (data mapping, matter sync, billing workflows)




- Optimize CounselLink processes (intake, approvals, tracking, reporting)
- Design and implement Jira ticketing for legal ops (triage, SLAs, dashboards, automation)
- Gather requirements and create BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Support UAT, go-live, and stakeholder coordination

Requirements

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS integrations or workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, user stories)
- Exposure to legal ops, e-billing, or matter management systems (preferred)
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
