About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our dynamic team at JRD Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. You will act as a vital link between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, facilitating effective communication, requirements gathering, and project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, business analysis, and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management combined with hands-on business analysis expertise. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps. A good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows,



and basic SQL is essential.

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including:

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, including schedules, risk assessments, issue tracking, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams such as Development, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to governance standards, while proactively managing risks and issues.
- Preparing comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to communicate project health and milestones.
- Managing change requests effectively, conducting impact analyses, and securing necessary approvals.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements through various techniques such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to elicit detailed requirements and current-state analyses.
- Performing impact analysis and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications for development teams and supporting UAT, validation, and delivery acceptance.




- Facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, tracking sprint progress, and removing impediments.
- Promoting Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.
- Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies.
