Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding the customer base for Aravali Honey Industries. Daily activities include researching potential markets, reaching out to prospective clients, conducting product presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, tracking sales performance,



and providing regular reports and insights to management.

The Business Development

Executive is expected to represent the company professionally at meetings, trade events, and client visits, and contribute to the achievement of sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.

- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate terms, and support long-term partnerships.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present products clearly, handle client queries, and collaborate with internal teams.

- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or FMCG/food industry is beneficial.

- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel for client meetings as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
