Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities – • Conceptualize bulk material handling systems for integrated steel plants, covering complete process flow and equipment selection.

- Prepare basic engineering documents and technical specifications for material handling systems.
- Review and scrutinize vendor drawings for conveyors and associated equipment to ensure technical compliance.
- Execute engineering activities for yard machines, wagon tipplers, track hoppers, ship loaders/unloaders, crushers, screens, feeders,



and related material handling equipment.
- Perform conveyor system calculations including power, tension, belt rating, pulley sizing, and minimum radius checks.
- Develop component-level mechanical detailing for conveyor systems, including layouts, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOM preparation.

Education B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering ) Skills &

Competencies – • Strong knowledge of bulk material handling systems for steel plants.

- Expertise in conveyor design: power/tension calculations, belt rating, pulley/idler selection, and transfer chute design.
- Experience with yard machines, tipplers, hoppers, crushers, screens, feeders, ship loaders/unloaders.
- Proficiency in basic engineering, specification preparation, and technical documentation.
- Ability to review vendor GA and detail drawings for technical compliance.
- Solid mechanical engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

Salary to be offered – Up to Rs. 12 LPA CTC (Depending on experience)
