Role Description The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Modeler role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work from home. The BIM Modeler will create, develop, and manage detailed BIM models for interior and architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, adherence to project standards, and coordination with other disciplines. Daily tasks include interpreting drawings and specifications, updating models based on design changes or client feedback, and collaborating with designers, architects, and project managers to resolve clashes and improve constructability.

The role also involves preparing model-based documentation,



supporting CAD and 3D visualization workflows, and maintaining organized project files and version control. The BIM Modeler is expected to contribute to process improvements and uphold Arkscape’s quality and efficiency standards on international projects.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit or similar) and experience creating detailed architectural and interior models.
- Solid understanding of CAD software and 3D design tools used in architectural and interior design workflows.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and standards, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with model coordination, clash detection, and collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and with international clients.
- Organized work habits, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field; BIM certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an outsourcing, consulting, or international project environment is preferred but not required.
