We're looking for someone who loves understanding brands, people, and markets. This role is all about building strong brand strategies, not executing campaigns or creating content. You'll help brands figure out who they are, what they stand for, and how they should communicate.
What You’ll Do
- Understand client briefs and business goals.
- Research brands, competitors, audiences, and trends.
- Develop brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Define brand messaging and key communication points.
- Find consumer insights and turn them into ideas.
- Create clear strategic briefs for creative teams.
- Work on brand launches, campaigns, and rebranding.
- Support pitches and new business proposals.
- Present strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with creative, content,
social, and account teams.
- Keep up with culture, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or brand consultant
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Valuable research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
- Ability to turn insights into clear brand direction.
- Agency or advertising experience is a plus.
- Curious about brands, people, culture, and trends.
