Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Brand Promoter role based in Lucknow.

The Brand

Promoter will represent Satya Solar Systems both off-line and on-line, engaging with potential customers at events, retail locations, and community forums, as well as through social media and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include explaining product benefits, demonstrating rooftop solar solutions, answering customer inquiries, and supporting sales conversations to generate leads. The role involves coordinating local promotional activities, distributing marketing materials, and assisting in organizing awareness campaigns about solar energy.

The Brand

Promoter will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends

Online Brand Marketing





- Manage social media channels, website content, and digital ads.
- Run email campaigns and coordinate influencer partnerships.
- Track digital metrics like web traffic and conversion rates using analytics tools

Offline Brand Marketing

- Plan traditional print ads, billboards, and broadcast media.
- Execute on-ground events, trade shows, BLT & ALT activities.
- Negotiate contracts with external print, event, and media vendors

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customer groups and build trust.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, product promotion, and conversion of inquiries into opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to assist in executing promotional campaigns, both off-line and on-line, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to participate in or deliver basic product demonstrations and customer education sessions.
- Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy products is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, travel locally for events, and stand or move for extended periods as required.
- Comfort with using social media and digital tools for brand promotion is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
