As a brand onboarding executive, you will work directly with founders, business leaders, and the core Scale100X team to identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies for high-potential businesses. You will gain hands-on exposure to business consulting, franchise development, market research, and growth planning. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who are passionate about startups, business strategy, entrepreneurship, and helping businesses scale through innovative expansion models.

Key Responsibilities

- Support brands in identifying growth opportunities, evaluating expansion potential, understanding business models, and developing scalable strategies for sustainable growth through franchising and partnership networks
- Collaborate with business founders to understand their products, services, and growth goals while analyzing business viability and identifying expansion opportunities




- Connect with founders to understand their vision, product offerings, and business objectives
- Analyze business models and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Coordinate with founders to schedule and facilitate initial meetings for franchise expansion
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve business scalability and support sustainable growth

Prerequisites

- Graduate or pursuing graduation, MBA, BBA, BMS or BCom
- Full-time, work from office role (Andheri East, Mumbai)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off)
- Work timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
