Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to build, manage, and grow our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, social media, etc.)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, product) for campaign execution
- Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools




- Manage brand budgets and optimize ROI on marketing spend
- Lead product launches, rebranding initiatives, and promotional activities
- Maintain robust relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer insights
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
