We want to build an affordable luxury clothing and fitness brand — clean designs, elevated essentials, exclusive pieces and performance wear that people genuinely want to live in.

We're looking for one exceptional person in Hyderabad who wants to help build it with us.

We're not obsessed with your title.

We're not obsessed with how many years of experience you have.

We care about attitude, taste, ownership, resourcefulness and execution.

We want someone who sees a problem and figures out how to solve it.

Someone who can work with limited resources, find smarter ways to get things done, recover from setbacks and keep moving.

Someone who doesn't say:

"That's not my job."

Because at this stage, everything is our job.

What You'll Actually DoWhatever it takes to move Level Divine forward.

That could mean

- Helping develop clothing and fitness-wear ideas
- Researching trends, fabrics, fits and products
- Finding and communicating with manufacturers and suppliers
- Coordinating samples and production
- Finding models, photographers, creators and locations
- Helping organize and execute photoshoots
- Creating and managing social media content
- Shooting and editing basic photo/video content
- Reaching out to influencers and potential collaborators
- Helping build the website and online presence
- Researching competitors and opportunities
- Helping plan product drops and launches
- Packaging, logistics and operational problem-solving
- Finding ways to accomplish things without unnecessarily spending money
- Handling unexpected problems and figuring out the next move
- Doing things neither of us has done before — and learning how

Some days will be creative. Some days will be operational.

Some days we'll have absolutely no idea how to solve something.

We'll figure it out.





Who We're Looking ForYou don't need to know everything.

But you need to be someone who can figure things out.

You should be:

- Extremely resourceful
- Hungry to build something meaningful
- Comfortable taking ownership
- Creative with good visual taste
- Interested in fashion, fitness, culture and brands
- Comfortable with social media and digital content
- Willing to learn quickly
- Positive at communicating and working with people
- Able to operate without someone constantly telling you what to do
- Resilient when things don't go according to plan
- Careful with money and capable of finding smart, practical solutions
- Excited by the idea of building something from zero

Experience with fashion, content, design, e-commerce, marketing, manufacturing or startups is valuable. But mindset matters more than a perfect résumé.

What We're BuildingWe're not trying to create another clothing page on Instagram.

The ambition is much bigger.

Level Divine is being built around affordable luxury, clean design, exclusivity, fitness and lifestyle.

We want to build products people are proud to wear.

We're starting small.

There will be mistakes.

There will be setbacks.

There will be things we have to learn the hard way.

But the goal is to keep building, improving and leveling up.
