Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Blood Bank Technician. The Blood Bank Technician will be responsible for performing blood compatibility tests, ensuring accurate labeling and storage of blood samples, and following standardized laboratory procedures. Day-to-day tasks include running diagnostic tests,



maintaining equipment, documenting results, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure productive blood bank operations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Medical Terminology relevant to blood bank and laboratory processes
- Competency in Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Medicine
- Experience in Venipuncture techniques and related procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate with patients and medical staff effectively
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety and sterilization protocols
- A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field
- Relevant experience in blood bank or laboratory settings is preferred
