? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop and implement BMC Helix applications and solutions
- Customize BMC Helix modules,



workflows and user interfaces
- Integrate BMC Helix with enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Work with Intune, SCCM, XSOAR and monitoring tools
- Maintain synchronization between BMC Discovery and CMDB
- Support Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, SSO and Remedy ITSM
- Configure Foundation Data and ITSM modules
- Manage Service Requests through SRM/Digital Workplace Catalog
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot technical issues within defined SLAs
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
