We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our project team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for BIM modelling and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, from design development to construction and as-built documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit.
- Coordinate models with Architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
- Review drawings, models and design information for accuracy and coordination.
- Support preparation of shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built models.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and the site team.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve architectural issues.
- Ensure models are maintained as per project BIM standards, BEP and required LOD.
- Support BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and construction.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Understanding of LOD, BEP and CDE.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Site/project experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360 will be an added advantage. Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with current and expected CTC.
