We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Specialist responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models from point cloud data while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process and clean point cloud data using tools like Recap
Develop 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navis
Coordinate with clients, surveyors, and engineers
Perform quality checks (QC) for model accuracy and compliance
Generate drawings, reports, and BIM deliverables
Handle RFI/clarifications and project documentation
Support Scan to BIM coordination across disciplines
Perform quantity extraction, 4D scheduling & value engineering.
