Job Title: BILLING MANAGER

Location: Raipur

Brief Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.

Process payments and allocate them to the correct accounts.

Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.

Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.

Prepare and submit reports on billing activity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing information.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Billing Officer or in a related role.

Solid numerical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
