Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing project estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, contractor bills, cost analysis, and ensuring accurate project billing while supporting effective cost control and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs

- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for quantity estimation

- Prepare rate analysis and material/labour cost calculations

- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against actual site measurements

- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and client billing documentation

- Conduct joint measurements and maintain measurement sheets

- Compare actual project costs with estimated budgets

- Coordinate with Project, Site, Procurement, and Accounts teams

- Prepare variation statements and track additional/deviation works

- Assist in tender estimation, cost comparison, and vendor evaluation

- Monitor material consumption and identify cost variances

- Maintain proper records of estimates, bills, measurements, and project documentation

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying,



estimation, and billing

- Good understanding of civil construction methods and materials

- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings

- Knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity take-off, and cost control

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP/project management software

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Positive communication and coordination abilities

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 3–8 years of experience in billing, estimation, or quantity surveying

- Experience in residential construction preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in residential buildings, high-rise projects, villas, townships, or commercial construction

- Exposure to contractor billing, client billing, tender estimation, reconciliation, variation orders, and cost control

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
