Sattrix Information Security Limited is looking for a Bid Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle for Government (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement) and Enterprise tenders.

✅ Review RFP/RFQ documents and coordinate with OEMs, distributors, technical, commercial, and legal teams.

✅ Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance matrices, BoQs, and bid documentation.

✅ Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

✅ Coordinate pre-bid queries, vendor registrations, OEM authorizations,



and bid clarifications.

✅ Maintain bid documentation, MIS, and opportunity pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications

✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Bid Management.

✔️ Experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, or Managed Services.

✔️ Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other eTender portals.

✔️ Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

✔️ Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
