Role Description The Beauty Advisor - Retail Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. In this role, the team member engages with customers on the shop floor, understands their needs, and recommends suitable Kimirica products for skincare, bath and body, and wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining key benefits and ingredients, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

The Beauty

Advisor manages point-of-sale transactions,



supports daily sales targets, and participates in in-store promotions and events. The role also involves staying updated on product launches, participating in training sessions, and providing feedback to the store management team to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products.
- Sound Product Knowledge of skincare, fragrances, and bath & body lines, with the ability to explain benefits and usage clearly.
- Background or certification in Cosmetology and practical understanding of Skin Care routines and needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, including weekends and retail peak hours, and to meet individual and store sales goals.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation; basic POS and cash-handling skills are beneficial.
- Prior experience in beauty advising, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
