We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the IT Training industry to manage and grow key client accounts while driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding business needs, ensuring seamless service delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success, along with team leadership capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a robust track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience working with global clients and proficiency with CRM tools are highly preferred. IC Role, Remote opportunity.
