We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations and ensure the smooth execution of weddings, corporate events, conferences, parties, and other functions. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in banquet or event operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage end-to-end banquet operations for events and functions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menus, seating arrangements, and service expectations.
- Supervise banquet staff, captains, servers, housekeeping, and support teams.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, F&B;, Sales, and Events teams for seamless event execution.
- Prepare event schedules, manpower plans, floor layouts, and operational checklists.
- Ensure proper setup of tables, chairs, décor, buffet counters, and service areas.
- Monitor food and beverage service, quality, presentation, and timing.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and last-minute event requirements professionally.
- Monitor banquet inventory, equipment, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, fire safety, and hotel standards.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews with the team.




- Maintain event reports and support revenue and cost-control initiatives.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Food & Beverage Management.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Banquet Operations, Hotel/Resort Operations, Catering, or Event Management.
- Solid knowledge of banquet service standards and event execution.
- Excellent client-handling, communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and large teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MS Office and hotel/event management software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
