Role Description This is a full-time, in office Barista role based at High &

- Dry in Hyderabad. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include handling food preparation for light snacks, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and operating coffee equipment safely and efficiently. The Barista will greet and interact with customers, take orders, process payments, and provide a welcoming, engaging experience that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.



The role also involves collaborating with team members, managing inventory of café supplies, and supporting studio events or customer experiences as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Barista skills with experience in coffee preparation, beverage crafting, and basic food preparation.
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for guests.
- Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with customers and collaboration with team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene in all service and preparation areas.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, follow safety and quality standards, and represent the High &
- Dry brand professionally.
