Role Description The Bakery Intern is a full-time, on-site role based at Madagascar Patisserie in Ghaziabad. The intern will assist with daily bakery operations, including preparing ingredients, supporting baking and decorating tasks, and helping produce cakes, pastries, cookies, and breads under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards,



and supporting the team during peak production hours. The intern may also help with packaging, labelling, and occasional customer-facing tasks, gaining practical experience in professional bakery workflows and product quality standards.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge or robust interest in Bakery and Baking, with a willingness to learn and follow skilled techniques.
- Skills or aptitude in Food Preparation, including measuring ingredients, basic mixing methods, and handling baking tools safely.
- Ability to assist with production of Cookies and Bread, following recipes and instructions precisely.
- Attention to detail, strong hygiene practices, and commitment to food safety standards.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team-oriented mindset, punctuality, and reliable work ethic.
- Formal culinary or bakery training, internship experience, or relevant coursework is an advantage but not required.
