Role Overview

We're hiring a Backend Developer (Node.js) with 1–3 years of experience to help build and maintain scalable backend systems that power live logistics operations. This isn't a basic CRUD role — you'll work on real APIs, real infrastructure, and real production traffic, with mentorship from senior engineers as you grow into owning larger pieces of the system.

- Location: On-site – Jhandewalan Office, New Delhi
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Contract: 1-Year Contract (renewable)
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

- Design and build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js
- Work on database schema design, queries, and optimization
- Assist in deploying and monitoring applications in production
- Get hands-on with infrastructure tools like PM2 and Nginx under senior guidance
- Help implement caching, queues, and rate-limiting for performance




- Debug production issues and contribute to system reliability
- Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams

Core Technical Skills

Backend Development

- Solid experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS)
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and asynchronous programming
- Understanding of OOP, clean code, and basic design patterns

Database & Caching

- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Familiarity with Redis for caching or session management
- Ability to write effective queries and design simple schemas

API & System Design

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of authentication (JWT/OAuth)
- Basic understanding of scalable system design concepts

Infrastructure & DevOps (Good to Have)

- Comfortable working on Linux servers (Ubuntu preferred)
- Exposure to PM2, Nginx, or deployment pipelines is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD basics is a bonus

Cloud (Good to Have)

- Any exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure (EC2, S3, or equivalent)
