Role Description The Back Office Executive role at GSA Fin Venture Pvt Ltd is a full-time, in office position based in Pune.

The role involves,

Transaction Processing: Execute online purchases, redemptions, switches, and Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) via platforms like BSE StAR MF, NSE NMF, or MFU.

Client Onboarding & KYC: Verify investor documents, handle Know Your Customer (KYC) implementation, and complete client tagging in the system.

Coordination: Connect with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs)



to resolve failed transactions or track investor statements.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate Excel sheets, generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, and reconcile portfolio data.

Client Support: Handle back-end queries regarding One-Time Passwords (OTPs), account statements, or application errors.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in mutual fund back office with mutual fund distributor or mutual fund division in a wealth management firm is must. Please apply only if you have relevant experience of at least one year
