Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, intellectually curious Junior Conference Producer to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in researching, shaping, and executing commercial B2B technology conferences and summits.

You will conduct phone and online market research with tech leaders, assist in building engaging session agendas, reach out to secure industry speakers, and collaborate closely with our sponsorship sales and marketing teams. This is a fast-track chance to learn the entire lifecycle of commercial event production and step into independent portfolio ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research: Conduct phone and virtual interviews with senior professionals (e.g., IT Directors, CISOs, Heads of AI/Data) to uncover current business challenges, industry trends, and tech adoption priorities.
- Agenda Writing Support: Assist in drafting engaging session titles, panel discussions, and topic descriptions for 1- to 2-day conference programs based on validated research findings.
- Speaker Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, contact,



and confirm industry thought leaders, C-level executives, and subject matter experts to speak on panel discussions and deliver presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in commercial B2B conference production, event content coordination, market research, or B2B sales/journalism.
- Communication Skills: Confident telephone presence, professional cold-outreach abilities, and strong written English for business correspondence and agenda drafting.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Strong interest in enterprise technology topics (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Cloud, FinTech, SaaS).
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage speaker deadlines, outreach pipelines, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
