Position Purpose: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to spearhead strategy, planning and execution of technical changes and projects for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
This role requires a blend of deep project management expertise, functional knowledge of risk and compliance and the ability to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
This role is a critical role with primary responsibility of supporting all change management with respect to Global TPRM tools from Shared Service centre in India. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end autonomous management of strategic functional and technical projects within Third-Party Risk Management remit. This role requires a proactive leader capable of bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring robust risk governance, and delivering high-quality solutions in a global, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Ownership Drive the full project lifecycle for functional and technical initiatives. Ensure all deliverables are executed with precision, adhering to defined timelines, scope and budgetary constraints.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key liaison between Business, IT and Operations. Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and balance technical constraints and risk while catering to business efficiencies.
- Advanced Risk Governance &
- Mitigation Proactively identify, assess and quantify project risks. Develop robust mitigation strategies and remediation plans, ensuring all risks are tracked through to resolution. Demonstrate high judgment in the timely escalation of critical issues to senior leadership.
- Change Management &
- Quality Assurance Orchestrate the seamless integration of new technologies and processes. Oversee the Change Management lifecycle, including the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Sanity Testing for TPRM tool releases to ensure operational stability.
- Executive Reporting &
- Governance Design and maintain sophisticated project artifacts,
including detailed project plans, risk dashboards and executive summaries. Provide high-level visibility into project health for management committees and steering groups.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Executive Communication Synthesize complex project data into high-impact presentations tailored for senior leadership and Global Governance forums.
- Operational Excellence (BAU):
Provide oversight and management for the Business-As-Usual (BAU) support of TPRM systems, ensuring service continuity for global user bases.
- Financial Stewardship Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis for senior management approval.
