Job Profile

- Manage end to end operations for assigned accounts or portfolios, ensuring smooth delivery and execution.

- Own account-level P&L;, including cost control, margin adherence, and revenue realization.

- Oversee contract execution and compliance, ensuring commercial terms and SLAs are met.

- Handle client escalations and service issues, working closely with delivery and support teams for resolution.

- Track project milestones, schedules, and scope, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Validate billing, revenue forecasts, and collections in coordination with finance teams.

- Manage vendors and subcontractors, including performance tracking and payment approvals.

- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across delivery, finance, HR, legal, and sales.

- Prepare operational dashboards and reports highlighting risks,



progress, and financial health.

- Support process improvements and team development, driving efficiency and adherence to best practices.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in operations, program, or delivery management roles.

- Hands-on experience with account-level P&L;, cost control, margin, and billing validation.

- Robust understanding of contract execution, SLA adherence, and milestone tracking.

- Experience managing client escalations and ensuring delivery continuity.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
