Your opportunity:

- Copilot Studio SMEs/Solution Architects to accelerate secure, governed and business-focused adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio across Zurich.
- Drive the design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade agents, Copilot extensions and reusable patterns that create measurable business value.
- Shape and operationalize governance, security, lifecycle management, adoption and enablement practices for Copilot Studio and related Microsoft 365 AI capabilities.
- Partner with business units, IT, Security, Compliance, Data, Architecture and external suppliers on strategic AI initiatives and global projects.
- Join the experienced Center for Enablement team supporting one of the largest Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio communities in the world.

About you:

As Copilot SMEs and Power Platform - Copilot Studio SMEs/Solution Architects, your main responsibilities will involve

Copilot and Copilot Studio strategy:

- Translate business demand into a clear delivery roadmap for Copilot Studio agents, Copilot extensibility and reusable enterprise patterns.




- Guide solution architecture decisions covering workplace strategy, integration patterns, security posture, scalability, monitoring and lifecycle management.

Governance, security and compliance:

- Define and continuously improve governance processes, guardrails, standards and review mechanisms for agents and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Work with Security, Compliance, Data Protection and Architecture teams to ensure solutions follow Zurich policies, data protection requirements and responsible AI principles.

Enablement and adoption:

- Build and scale enablement programs, training material, communities and best-practice guidance for makers, business teams and technical stakeholders.
- Promote reuse of successful agents, templates, connectors, knowledge patterns and automation components across business units.

Operational excellence:

- Monitor delivery quality, platform usage, agent performance, adoption, risks and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work in Agile methodology using Azure DevOps, supporting prioritization, backlog management, sprint ceremonies and transparent reporting.

Your Experience:

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform, ideally including experience with agents, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 integration patterns.




- Proven ability to define solution architecture, governance models, delivery standards and lifecycle management practices for enterprise platforms.
- Experience working with security, compliance, data protection and architecture stakeholders in a regulated enterprise environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate business needs into pragmatic technical delivery.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methods such as Scrum or Kanban, preferably with hands-on experience using Azure DevOps.
- Ideally you already hold Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure or related Microsoft certifications.

Your Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Power Platform products including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI and Power Platform Admin Center
- Agent architecture, knowledge grounding, generative AI capabilities, orchestration, actions, connectors and enterprise integration patterns
- Governance controls such as environments, data loss prevention policies, monitoring, auditability, security reviews and application lifecycle management
- Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Graph and Microsoft Purview
- Azure services and integration concepts relevant for enterprise AI, automation and secure platform delivery
