Roles & Responsibility: Design and execute SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation from insurance databasesDevelop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on claims, policies, and customer trendsPerform data modeling and ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources and enhance reporting accuracyIdentify patterns in claims, policy data,



and customer behavior to provide actionable insightsWork closely with underwriting, actuarial, and finance teams to optimize data-driven strategiesContinuously improve reporting processes and automate data workflows for efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.1+ years of experience in insurance analytics or a similar roleExpertise in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, optimization).Strong analytical skills with experience in insurance KPIs, loss ratios, and profitability metricsFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts and relational database management systems (RDBMS)Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to support business objectivesExcellent communication skills to translate data findings into strategic recommendationsPersonal QualitiesAbility to generate new ideas with confidence and continually make improvements.Effective time management and communication skills.Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs.Can successfully communicate with stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
