- 4 to 6 years of strong experience in end-to-end performance testing and performance engineering practices across complex applications
- Experience in NFR gathering, analysis, and performance test plan creation for scalable enterprise systems
- Hands on expertise in Apache JMeter scripting, execution, and result analysis, with exposure to BlazeMeter cloud execution
- Robust experience with Azure cloud, AKS monitoring, and observability tools like Grafana, Elastic.. APM tools
- Good knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST/SOAP web services, and programming skills in Java or C for customization
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of the Life Insurance domain is an added advantage
- AI adoption: Practical experience in AI-enabled performance engineering, including AI agent creation and usage in performance testing task
