Overview of upcoming Environmental health and safety regulations Preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge on automotive components will be an added advantage Preferred – (Product Compliance topics – Design for Setting) Creation and analysis of material/Substance tree in IMDS accordance to customers released Bill of Materials. Chemical composition datasheets for automotive components and systems data sheet preparation according to customer standards and organization norms. Responsible for validation of IMDS, ELV, Material composition declaration Timely and accurate resolution of queries from supplier and customers.
Data quality checking of IMDS reported by our suppliers and decision making of accepting or rejecting suppliers IMDS with respect to GADSL and IMDS recommendations. Work with engineering, Product Management, Purchasing etc. to collecting necessary information. Any specific Substance of Concern (SoC) analysis for surveys pertaining to Regional or Global Environmental requirements (REACH, ROHS, ELV, Conflict minerals, etc.,) Material datasheet review and SoC Analysis ; Monitor the usage/application of chemicals in specific materials
