Associate Consultant – Executive Search

Location: Spaze iTech, On-site

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to manage end-to-end executive hiring. This role is focused on hiring mid-to-senior-level professionals and C-suite executives, rather than high-volume or junior-level recruitment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to client management, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior-level and C-suite positions.
- Source relevant and high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and assessment.
- Engage with candidates at senior levels and understand their career interests and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through closure.
- Handle compensation negotiations and offer discussions.
- Communicate directly with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports using MS Excel.
- Prepare professional presentations and recruitment updates.
- Manage multiple assignments independently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Important – Who We Are Looking For





This is not a volume hiring or junior recruitment role.

We are specifically looking for someone who has experience or a strong interest in:

- Mid-to-senior-level hiring
- Leadership and C-suite hiring
- Executive search / headhunting
- Quality-focused candidate sourcing rather than high-volume closures
- Client interaction and stakeholder management

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to bulk/volume hiring, entry-level hiring, or high-volume recruitment may not be the right fit for this role.

What We’re Looking For

- Should have exp 2+ years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good negotiation and client management abilities.
- Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint/presentations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple senior-level mandates.
- Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced executive search environment.

Compensation & Work Details:

CTC: ₹3.6–4.0 LPA
