As a Creative 3D Designer, you will develop immersive environments for virtual spaces, physical events, exhibitions, and experiential projects. You will translate creative concepts into impactful, practical, and client-ready experiences while balancing creative quality, timelines, and budgets.

What You'll Do

- Develop 3D concepts, environments, and design solutions for events and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account, Production, and Experience Design teams.
- Translate creative concepts into accurate, production-ready designs, including measurements and material specifications.
- Lead conceptual discussions and create compelling client presentations and visual stories.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with Production through execution to ensure design integrity.
- Mentor and inspire creative teams while fostering a collaborative setting.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in 3D design, creative design, experiential environments, events, or exhibitions.




- Strong 3D design and visualization skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution.
- Strong understanding of branding, trends, spatial and experiential design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate creative ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to balance creative quality, budget, and timelines.
- Confident working with clients and leading creative discussions.
- A robust communicator, experience collaborating across departments from ideation through production.
- Passionate, original thinker with a strong creative point of view.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable mentoring others and taking ownership of creative delivery.
- Comfortable working in UK/US shifts.
