We are looking for Associate Architect.

Full Stack Application Development :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and services.
- Build responsive frontend applications using up-to-date JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
- Design and optimize relational and non-relational database solutions.
- Implement secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable application architectures.

AI-Assisted Software Engineering :

- Use AI IDE tools and coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools to accelerate development.
- Apply agentic engineering approaches to automate code generation, testing, documentation, issue remediation, and development workflows.
- Create and maintain AI-enabled development pipelines and engineering automation solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI development capabilities that improve developer productivity and software quality.

Cloud Platform and DevOps Engineering :

- Deploy and manage applications using AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Build and maintain containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.




- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Automate build, test, deployment, release, and rollback processes.
- Integrate security, compliance, quality gates, and observability into delivery pipelines.
- Support DevSecOps practices and production operational excellence.

Architecture and Requirements Translation :

- Translate business requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, and technical stories.
- Manage work tasks in Jira and use Confluence, Miro for documentation.
- Create architecture diagrams, system flows, integration diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations on architecture, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and modernization opportunities early.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Operate with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Manage multiple repositories, codebases, priorities, and delivery commitments in parallel.
