Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time -Indivdual role , on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting the sales team by managing client inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating meetings with prospective and existing clients.

The Assistant Sales

Manager will help present interior design solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and closing deals , and track the status of ongoing deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and collaborating closely with designers and project managers to align client expectations with project capabilities.



The role also includes contributing to local marketing activities, attending showroom or site visits, and providing regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

- Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead management, client engagement, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design solutions and project details clearly.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and home improvement services, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and project timelines effectively.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact professionally with clients at different locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in interiors, real estate, or retail is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing a positive client experience.
