Role Description The Assistant QA Manager is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role supports the Quality Assurance Manager in overseeing product quality, hygiene, and safety standards across production lines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring adherence to QA procedures, conducting inspections and audits, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective actions with production teams.

The Assistant QA Manager will help implement and maintain quality control systems, assist in staff training on QA protocols,



and ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in food quality assurance, quality control, or related roles within FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI or equivalent).
- Strong skills in process documentation, inspection reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to coordinate with production, procurement, and operations teams to implement QA improvements.
- Effective communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to root-cause analysis.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in a sweets, snacks, or confectionery environment is an advantage.
