- Engage in curriculum development and course material creation aligned with current industry practices and academic standards.
- Provide mentorship and academic support to students, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, case studies, presentations, and feedback sessions to track student progress and ensure academic excellence.
- Contribute to academic research, case development, and other academic initiatives in collaboration with the Sunstone team.
- Incorporate real-world HR practices, industry trends, and practical examples into classroom teaching.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, training sessions,



and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Robust academic foundation and sound knowledge of Human Resource Management and related management subjects.
- Passion for teaching and contributing to student learning and success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use practical examples, case studies, and industry insights to enhance student learning.
- Prior teaching experience or academic involvement is a plus, but not mandatory.
