Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager - MICE & Packages

Reports to: Operations Manager/Director

Department: Tours & Travel/MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events)

Location: Delhi - Vikaspuri

Job Summary

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing MICE events, packages, and travel operations. Ensure seamless delivery of services, exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

MICE Events

1. Coordinate logistics, venues, catering, and entertainment for conferences, meetings, and incentives.
2. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
3. Manage event budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.

Packages:
1. Develop and manage package tours, including itinerary planning and pricing.
2. Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transportation, activities).
3. Ensure package quality, competitiveness, and compliance.

Operations:
1. Assist in day-to-day operations, including staff supervision.
2. Monitor and report on operational performance.
3. Implement process improvements.

Client Relations:
1.



Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Handle queries, feedback, and concerns.

Administrative:
1. Manage documentation, reports, and records.
2. Maintain vendor contracts and negotiations.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in MICE operations, travel, or hospitality.
2. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
4. Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and industry-specific software.

Desirable:
1. Industry certifications (e.g., CMP, CMM).
2. Knowledge of destination management.
3. Language proficiency (additional languages).
