Role Purpose To lead Research & Development activities for the Drymix product portfolio at the Jhagadia Plant by driving current product development, product upgrades, formulation improvements, manufacturing support, cost optimization, process optimization, and customer complaint resolution. The role will also provide technical support for resin-based products and premix management as required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of new resin-based products aligned with market requirements and business strategy.

Design, formulate, evaluate, and validate resin systems for construction chemical applications.

Improve existing products for enhanced performance, durability, application properties, and customer satisfaction.

Optimize formulations and raw materials to reduce cost without compromising quality or performance.





Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, batch consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Establish and standardize critical process parameters and controls.

Execute Stage-Gate NPD activities, including project planning, laboratory trials, pilot trials, and commercial validation.

Coordinate with Product Management, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Marketing for timely commercialization.

Lead technical investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA for resin-related complaints.

Implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Provide technical support for production trials, process validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to all Weber Plants.
